Podrick in season 3 episode 3 of Game of Thrones

Image
This scene has always made me wonder, and I think I've found how it might be explained: Podrick Payne had never been with a woman before. He was a squire, and squires were expected to be chaste and pure. But Podrick was also a young man, and he had his needs. Podrick entered the room in the brothel with Tyrion and Bronne and three prostitutes would later appears one after the other. The prostitutes were all young and beautiful. They smiled at Podrick and invited him to join them on the bed. Podrick was overwhelmed. He didn't know what to do. "I've never done this before," he said. The prostitutes laughed. "That's okay," one of them said. "We'll show you how." Podrick sat down on the bed with the prostitutes. He was so nervous that he could barely breathe. The prostitutes started to undress him. "What do you like?" one of them asked. "I don't know," Podrick said. "I've never done this before." The pr...

It's just a phase

The world is insane, but we pretend it is still 'business as usual\ We keep up appearances, even though it's killing us.  We go to school, work, drive cars, take pills, and go to clubs, all while our planet is dying and Armageddon is looming.  We're a society of walking illusions, waiting for the end. We're spending trillions of dollars on weapons and war, while millions of people go hungry and homeless. We're destroying the environment at an alarming rate, even though we know it's unsustainable. We're creating a society where the rich get richer and the poor get poorer. We're addicted to social media and technology, which are harming our mental and physical health. We're living in a world where mass shootings and other tragedies have become commonplace.

The End of Kali Yuga in the 21st Century

Image
The Kali Yuga is the fourth and final age of the Hindu cycle of time. It is a time of darkness and destruction, and it is said to be the worst of the four ages. Paco Rabanne believed that the Kali Yuga would end in 2025 AD. He believed that the Kali Yuga is a time of great spiritual and material darkness, and that it is a time when the world is on the brink of destruction. However, Rabanne also believed that the Kali Yuga is an opportunity for spiritual transformation. He believed that if we can overcome the darkness and destruction of the Kali Yuga, we can usher in a new age of peace and enlightenment. And a new age will start, the age of Homo Spiritualis. Rabanne's ideas about the Kali Yuga are controversial, but they are also thought-provoking. He challenges us to think about the world in a new way, and to consider the possibility that we are living in the last days of the world. A time of great upheaval and change. The old order would crumble, and a new world would be born. A t...

A Land of Perpetual War

Image
The cycle of violence in Gaza is a vicious one. Each attack by Hamas leads to a more devastating Israeli response. And each Israeli response leads to more anger and resentment among the Palestinian people. The vicious attack of Hamas on the rave party in Gaza on October 8, 2023 and the following kidnapping of around 150 people is a horrific and deeply disturbing event. There is no justification for violence against innocent civilians, regardless of their religion, ethnicity, or nationality. The attack on the rave party was a particularly cowardly act, as it targeted a group of young people who were simply enjoying themselves. The Gaza conflict is a microcosm of the larger conflict between Israel and the Palestinians. It is a conflict that is rooted in injustice and inequality. The only sensible way to achieve a lasting peace in the region is to establish a two-state solution, with a secure and viable Palestinian state alongside Israel. Gaza is a land of perpetual war. It has been under...

Report for September 2023

Image
I will try to summarize latest events, to see how the future will enfold current news trends: The war in Ukraine: The war in Ukraine still continues to dominate the news cycle, with no end in sight. Russia has made gains in the east of the country, but Ukrainian forces are putting up a fierce resistance. The war has had a devastating impact on Ukraine, with millions of people displaced and thousands killed. The global cost of living crisis: The cost of living is rising around the world, driven by factors such as high energy prices and supply chain disruptions. This is putting a strain on household budgets and businesses. Governments are struggling to find ways to help people cope with the rising cost of living. The climate crisis: The climate crisis is becoming increasingly urgent, with more extreme weather events occurring around the world. This is causing widespread damage and displacement. Governments are under pressure to take more action to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and...

Why is it so difficult to fight climate change

Image
Modern worldwide corporations would likely see climate change not so much as a problem but as an opportunity.  They would see it as a way to make money by selling products and services that help people adapt to the changing climate. For example, corporations might try to sell solar panels, electric vehicles, or flood insurance.  They might also sell products and services that help people reduce their carbon footprint, such as energy-efficient appliances or home insulation. Corporations would likely argue that climate change is a challenge, but it is also an opportunity for businesses to grow and create new jobs.  They would say that the government should support businesses that are developing new technologies and solutions to climate change. Of course, corporations would also be aware of the risks associated with climate change. They would know that climate change could lead to more extreme weather events, which could damage property and infrastructure. They would also kn...

We knew and did so little

Image
We've known about global warming for decades, but we've done jack shit about it. The generations X, Z, and Millennial have all grown up knowing that the planet is warming, and they've all been told that we need to do something about it. But we haven't done anything. We've all just sat back and watched the world burn. We've watched the ice caps melt, the sea levels rise, and the weather become more extreme. And we've done nothing. Why? Because we're all too busy with our own lives. We're too busy working, too busy raising families, too busy trying to make ends meet. We don't have time to worry about the planet. But the truth is, we can't afford not to worry about the planet. Global warming is a real threat, and it's only going to get worse if we don't do something about it. So what are we going to do? Are we going to sit back and watch the world burn? Or are we going to stand up and do something? I don't know about you, but I'm...

To my only reader

Image
"So, I have this blog, right? And I know nobody reads it. I mean, I've been doing this for years, and I've never had a single comment or like. But that's okay. I'm fine with it. In fact, I think it's kind of funny. I mean, think about it. I'm the only person who reads my blog. That means I'm my own audience. I'm the star of my own show. I'm like a one-man band, except I'm also the audience. And you know what? It's kind of liberating. I don't have to worry about what anyone else thinks. I can write whatever I want, and I don't have to worry about offending anyone. So, yeah, nobody reads my blog. But that's okay. I'm fine with it. In fact, I think it's kind of funny. I'm my own audience, and that's all I need."

Message of hope

Image
We are living in a time of great danger. The liberal order is crumbling. The climate is changing. And the gap between the rich and the poor is widening. In this time of crisis, we need to find new ways to organize and resist.  We need to build a movement that is based on solidarity , not individualism.  We need to create a society that is based on compassion , not greed. We can do this. We have the power to change the world. But it will not be easy. It will require courage, sacrifice, and determination. We are up to the task. We are the generation that will save the world.  We are the generation that will build a better future. We will not give up. We will not surrender.  We will not back down. We will fight for what we believe in. We will fight for justice. We will fight for peace.  We will fight for a better world.

George Carlin on global warming

Image
So, they're saying that global warming is real, right? And that it's caused by humans burning fossil fuels. Well, I don't know about you, but I'm not too worried about it. After all, the planet has been through a lot worse than this. There was that time when the dinosaurs got wiped out. And that time when the ice age came and went. And that time when the oceans boiled away. And yet, here we are. Still alive. So I'm not too worried about global warming. I mean, sure, it might get a little warmer. But it's not like we're all going to melt or anything. We'll just have to adapt. We'll move to cooler places. We'll wear less clothes. We'll drink more water. We'll figure it out. In the meantime, I'm going to enjoy the warmer weather. I'm going to go swimming more often. I'm going to plant a garden. I'm going to take more walks in the park. I'm going to enjoy the little things. Because who knows? Maybe global warming is a goo...
