No place to rest in 2022

Is it not true that  most vacations are so stressful nowadays, in the covid time, 

Planning vacation with the threat of cancellation because government might shut down border

as we are impacted the but 7th wave of Covid ...

But assuming you have successfully booked the flight, the papers are in order, then it starts with the actual journey by plane or car, followed by a great rush around seeing as many sights as possible. 

The heat is almost unbearable wherever you go, if there is no air conditioning, or if the system is not working properly, then you have mosquitoes, and maybe food poisoning...

Intermittently you will have to check your email, or watching CNN or new channel on the hotel television. In case the return flight has been cancelled, there are currently many strikes in Paris Charles de Gaulle for example.

Use your mobile to check in with friends or colleagues back home. 

And then at the end you return more tired than when you left.

And that is if you have not been victim of a local scam, or being bamboozled with some insurance or rental fee

Rick and Morty Season 6 Episode 2 - Rick: A Mort Well Lived RMS6E2 What a nice surprise to see the video game "Roy: A Life Well Lived" featured - as we know this game is an established Virtual Reality Life Simulator, completely immersive.  And of course the whole spin off, is about 'Die-Hard' ; which is also a recurring theme, with the 'pickle Rick' episode going into a rampage in the building filled with spies. Still, a very entertaining episode, and remember 'We're all Morty!' If you want to go deeper into this, try looking into the work of all the philosophers arguing that we are all living in a simulation, and think about the base of all Religions, to have you think, that nothing really matters because we are all part of something bigger.  Once again, well done Dan Harmon!
